Dev kit for LPC2103

The eng4ARM is a low cost development kit for LPC2103 (ARM7TDMI), for programming and debugging via JTAG interface. The innovative system of connection allows the add of expansion cards for more features, which include the customer interface with graphic LCD display and keyboard, JTAG interface or Power Line Modem connection or other kinds of connection. eng4ARM allows the costruction of compact and strong blocks. In fact, all the signals of the microcontrollor are available on the additional cards thanks to the bus made with pass through connectors.

eng4ARM can be used either as development and evaluation platform or as an embedded module for the integration of control systems, decreasing the time needed for the developer to make the prototype and to launch the test production.

The very low costs of the module (made on singular face PCB) make eng4ARM ideal in upgrading control systems based on 8 bit devices.

The development environment adopted by eNGSistemi for eng4ARM is based on GNU/GPL, Yagarto, OpenOCD, Eclipse with CDT plug-in software.

As hardware choice for the debug eNGSistemi had used the low price JTAGKey-Tiny module by Amontec. Alternatively, you can use a parallel port link (LPT1) with Wiggler adaptor.

Following you'll find links to documents to install software and to build the hardware.
